At Shutter Up Photography & Film, every session is thoughtfully designed to capture real connection and meaningful moments. From our Tier One mini session, the Cypress Sprout package, to our Tier Three full session, each experience is crafted with intention—allowing you to choose the session that best fits your story, your style, and the memories you want to preserve.
I’m there for more than just the photos. I’ll make your baby laugh, calm your nerves when you apologize for a stained shirt and reassure you it’s an easy edit, fix your hair without you asking, and celebrate alongside you when you call to say your twins finally received their adoption date and you want every moment documented. I’ll shed happy tears with you, hold space for your emotions, and guide you through every step with care.

where are you located?
I’m based in Arnaudville, Louisiana, but most of my portrait sessions take place in meaningful and beautiful locations throughout Lafayette and the surrounding areas. Some of my favorite spots to capture memories include the Hilliard Art Museum, Lake Martin, Jungle Gardens, Rip Van Winkle Gardens, and many more.
Do you offer outfit guidance?
A thousand times, yes! Outfits can give your photos that extra pop. Neutrals, soft earth tones, and flowy fabrics always photograph beautifully. When in doubt, keep it simple—and if you ever want help curating the perfect looks, I’m always just a message away!
When will my gallery be delivered?
Your portraits are carefully edited with love and intention. The delivery time for your photos depends on the number of sessions scheduled before yours. Typically, you can expect to receive your photos within a week, with a maximum turnaround of one month.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Absolutely! I'd love to meet you wherever your story takes us! A travel fee may apply if your session location is more than one hour away, one way.
